Two-time ATP Finals champion Alexander Zverev booked his place in the season-ending championship by advancing to the semi-finals of the Vienna Open on Friday, marking his eighth qualification in the past nine seasons.

Zverev's Consistent Performance

This marks the eighth time in nine seasons that the German tennis star has qualified for the ATP Finals, showcasing his consistent performance at the highest level of the sport. Earlier this year, Zverev reached the Australian Open final.

Joining Elite Players

Zverev joins Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner, and Novak Djokovic as the first four players to qualify for the event in Turin, scheduled from November 9-16. This sets the stage for a thrilling competition among the world's top players.

A History of Success

The Hamburg native boasts an impressive record at the ATP Finals, having won the title in 2018 and 2021. He also reached the semi-finals in 2019 and 2024. His only absence since 2017 was in 2022, due to an ankle injury.
