Cricket South Africa has confirmed that the home T20I series against West Indies will be shortened from five matches to three. The games will now be played between January 27 and 31, 2026.
The adjustment comes after the ICC finalised January 31 as the start of the support period for the 2026 T20 World Cup, forcing CSA to wrap up the series before that window. The series was originally scheduled to run until February 6.
Boland Park in Paarl will host the opener on January 27, before the action shifts to Centurion for the second match on January 29. The final game, on January 31 at the Wanderers, will double up as the season's Pink Day fixture, an annual event in South African cricket to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer.
